MY COLLEGE ERP is a SaaS platform serving multiple educational institutions from a single, secure infrastructure. Each college gets an isolated tenant with branded dashboards, role-based access and granular control over operations.
Client problem
- Colleges were running on disconnected Excel sheets and offline registers.
- Admissions, fees and exam data lived in separate silos.
- Manual reporting consumed 20+ hours every week.
Challenges faced
- Designing a true multi-tenant database without data leakage between colleges.
- Handling 10k+ concurrent students during admission peaks.
- Building role hierarchies for Principal → HOD → Faculty → Accountant.

We architected a modular ERP with isolated tenant schemas, real-time dashboards, automated fee receipts and an exam workflow that mirrors Indian intermediate board patterns.
