Terms of Service

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Pricing shown is indicative and forms a starting point for a scoped quotation, not a binding offer. Descriptions of past work reflect delivered outcomes and are not a guarantee of comparable results on a different project.

Every engagement begins with a written scope covering deliverables, milestones, timeline and cost. A quotation is valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise. Work requested outside the agreed scope is estimated and approved separately before it starts — we do not bill for unapproved change requests.

Delivery timelines assume timely access to the people, content, credentials and approvals the project needs. Where that access is delayed, milestone dates shift by a corresponding period. You confirm that any content, data or brand assets you supply are yours to use.

Unless the engagement letter says otherwise, projects are invoiced against milestones, with an advance due before work begins. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Applicable taxes are charged in addition and shown separately.

On full payment, ownership of the custom source code, designs and assets produced specifically for your project transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them as embedded in your deliverables. Third-party components remain governed by their own licences. Our own SaaS products, such as MY COLLEGE ERP, are licensed rather than transferred.

Each party keeps the other's non-public business, technical and commercial information confidential, and uses it only to perform the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement. We will sign your own NDA where your procurement process requires it.

Delivered work carries a defect-correction period as stated in the engagement letter, during which we fix faults in the delivered scope at no charge. That warranty does not cover changes made by others, third-party service failures, or new functionality. Ongoing support beyond that period is available under a separate maintenance agreement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for it, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data, however arising.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions can be sent to info@infyskill.in.
