INFYSKILL Software Solutions is a unit of InfySkill Edutech Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN: U85499AP2023PTC110737). References to “we”, “us” and “our” in this policy mean that entity, acting as the data fiduciary for information collected through this website.

We only collect information you choose to give us. Through the enquiry and contact forms on this site, that is:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number;
• your company or institution name, where you provide it;
• the project details, budget and timeline you describe in the message field.

We do not ask for payment card details, government identity numbers, or any special category data through this website.

We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal or estimate, and carry out any engagement that follows. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
